WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!!!

The worst experience. Made a 3rd Party claim against Outsurance and they proved to be super unprofessional. To process the claim took forever and now that they actually manage to process it, they managed to mess that up as well. I sent them a quote to repair my car for R25K from a local service provider in Cape Town. The came back with a settlement amount of just under R17K. Their quote, however, is based on a service provider located in PE. The person that dealt with my claim was the most unhelpful individual and he literally didn't care. His attitude was I will only do the bare minimum. DON'T MAKE USE OF OUTSURANCE EVER!!!!!
