Worst Insurance

I have been with Outsurance for almost 9years. Only once after I have phoned them they have reviewed my car insurance and gave me a better deal with a huge excess, now when I want to cancel my policy I have been receiving the worst service possible. It is my right to cancel a policy at any stage that i want to but they are letting me feel i have done the worst thing possible, If maybe in the 9 years I have been with them they would have treated me better I will not have moved my insurance.

They are the worst always advertising all these promises but I have not received any of those promises.I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for my cancellation letters still nothing received.
