Worst Funeral Policy from Outsurance

I took out an Outsurance Funeral Policy in 2022 to cover my in-laws in case of a bereavement. My Sister-in-Law passed away on 21 November 2025 and I lodged a claim with Outsurance on the 24th November 2025 after receipt of all the required documents but to this date, I have not received any payment. I carried the costs of my Sister-in-Law's funeral using my salary. Whenever I contact Outsurance, I get the same response that they are waiting feedback from their assessor.
