Worst experience of my life!

If I could choose a zero star rating I would. This was the absolute worst experience of our lives. I was in a accident and the car got written off. Outsurance approved and finalised the claim, but it has now been 27 days later and they still have not paid out. Every day we phone they tell us they will phone back, but they don't. We ended up going to their offices and we had no luck as Lauren, who is the assessor dealing with the pay out, is never at work. Lauren from the salvage department is very unequipped and she lost the car's registration document and now we need to wait for her. Never will I ever take out insurance from Outsurance again and never will I ever suggest Outsurance to anyone! False advertising and terrible service!
