Worst experience EVER
Ive had the absolute worst experience with outsurance. I accepted a qoute from them and CANCELED my current insurance. After they took down my claim history incorrectly i enquired for them to contact me so that i may correct this. Thereafter i gave them the correct information only for them to contact me stating they wont insure me anymore. This is totally unacceptable, i mean ive received policy documents and everything now they're going back on their word due to an error on their side. Absolutely 0 rated, regretfully there isnt anything less than 1 star ratings on here

It's very disappointing to see that we have let you down, certainly not what we had wished for you to experience.
We escalated the matter to Mohs our sales manager who has been unsuccessful in his attempts to contact you. Mohs has subsequently sent you an email, once you respond he will contact you to address your concerns.
