Worst decision to take funeral cover with Outsurance

I am so disgusted with the pathetic service I am getting from Outsurance! It is a funeral policy, which I paid for 6 years, paid more then the cover amount I might add, but I am getting the run around to get it finalized! This is a funeral policy, the funeral is over and done and I have still not been paid out and still getting the run around. I thought taking a funeral policy would assist me with the funeral expenses??? I was so wrong in choosing Outsurance. Outsurance not giving me a time to mourn in peace!
