Worst customer experience ever!

After receiving my quote I felt forced and coerced to take the car insurance policy. The more I said no I only want a quote and then I will consider it the guy got upset and pushed even harder. They tried ambush marketing on me. The guy said he will only give me a better premium if I take immediately and if I want to sign up on a later stage it will be more expensive. He was completely out of line and borderline harassing me to say yes to take the car insurance and because of this I will never sign up with OUTSURANCE. Horrifying customer care. Would not recommend.

Apart from this they couldnt beat another quote I have and the guy NEVER mentioned the R500 I can get as stated on their website. "If you’re not already an OUTsurance client, complete a personal car insurance quote. If we’re more expensive than what you’re currently paying (on a like-for-like basis), you can ask us to pay you R500."
