Worst consistent insurance company in South Africa!

I phoned Outsurance today to ask certain questions with regards to my schedule. The person that assisted me promised to get back to me which obviously never happened! I later phoned and spoke to a most efficient and competent lady in the Review Department, Nolo, and thought that for once Outsurance got it right! What a disappointment once again! Nolo's good work was undone by an idiot who sent me a schedule at 17:09 which was way different from the one that Nolo sent me at 14:35 which covered ALL the amendments that she and I discussed! There is also no facility to directly contact Outsurance by email to raise one's concerns and their online facility does not cater to enclose relevant documents!!! No wonder they are being rated one of the worst short term insurance companies in South Africa! Why is it that one idiot or system process within Outsurance could undo the work of other brilliant people at Outsurance! What f..... frustration! Excuse my language.
