Worst Claim Experience Ever!!!
Good day I have never been so disappointed in an insurance company before. After being loyal for years, my first serious claim has been an extremely painful process. My initial claim was eventually paid after i had to contest it. Since then my car was parked off and i was unable to drive it. When the rims were repaired, the mechanic drove it and found out there were other issues as a result of the pothole. Assessors wanted to verify the damage by calling the mechanic, no problem, i sent a number and they still took 3 days to call because they called the wrong number. When they eventually called it now seemed like they making every excuse not to pay. The mechanic said that the assessor did not want to believe the mechanics assessment. The cars braking system was a 100% prior and now it is warped and damaged as a result of the pothole. Thats coming from a professional mechanic. If there is uncer*****y, why do the assessors not get into their cars and come out to assess? am i suppossed to stay without a car till that happens? why did it take so long for them to even get back to me? I am so tired of this process and makes me wonder why i have insurance in the first place?? i have never been more dissapointed in service than i have from outsurance. Now it seems like my claim is hanging in the air and no cer*****y as to when this will be sorted out? I have to keep following up daily and dont really get a response or feedback. Please can this get sorted and paid out by end of this week!!!
Assessor is making assumptions and never physically assessed a thing!!

But there is no physical impact evidence to the discs. - How does the assessor know this? Did he come out and check? No he did not!! I sent pictures of the discs and pads.
The assessor spoke to you mechanic who says these discs were replaced
not long ago and look fairley new. - Correct, last year sometime.
The discs can warp from breaking the vehicle over time- If the discs are fairly new how can you possibly say they warped over time?? This makes no sense and contradictory to the point above. The only other way the disc will warp is due to the impact of the pothole!!!
because of no physical impact damage,we cannot include ity as part of
this claim-

This is my concern Kuben, the assessor is not giving
the correct feedback to the manager?? How can he give
feedback when the call dropped? Does he have all the
info??
According to the service manager, the last thing he
said to the assessor was that you cant change one
disc then the call dropped. The assessor also said
that he is not sure how a disc can warp.
This was a deep pothole and i dont know how else to
explain this to anyone. Everything was 100% prior to
this pothole.
I really hope i dont have to escalate this further
and that this claim will be settled.

Good day,
I need to hear from the assessor if he is going to
include the additional
damage.
I suppose when he gets hold of the person you
mentioned,but unfortunately
it seems there was a network issue on the previous
attempt.
