Worst 3rd party claim (victim)

I was involved in an accident with an Outsurance client on the 30th of Jan 2019. Firstly the client made a U-turn where it's not even legal to make one and failing to observe she came into my lane causing an accident to occur. From the scene of the accident, she sincerely admitted to being wrong and that she did not see me approaching, she said will communicate with her insurance to process the claim. My claim was rejected because looking at the damages I was at fault...how can you even conclude that by where the damages are? I was trying to avoid hitting her which she could have been injured, meaning that we would have collided in T format so I swerved to save her life and today that's what is being used to reject my claim. Had she not made a U-turn, that accident wouldn't have happened. I was driving in my lane following the rules of the road. Darius Dirker who was responsible for processing this claim told me he HAS to take the client side of the story and unless I have proof that their client is lying by proving e.g camera footage, they cannot approve the claim. but where will I get it? Outsurance knows very well that chances of me getting any footage is close to nothing right now. Even after I told him that I am willing to go back to the scene of the accident and knock in every shop to find out if anyone remembers how that accident happened he said that would be suspicious, at this point in time its, the Outsurance client who fabricated her version of the event. I refuse to accept this rejection letter as it will mean that I am admitting to the lies their client obviously told them. I am told to claim from insurance, why when it was not my fault? why should my premiums be affected because the client from Outsurance failed to follow the rules of the road? The rejection letter states that I was behind the client when I collided with her, AT NO POINT DID THAT HAPPEN.

Hi Outsurance, Today is the 1st of March and I still have not received any feedback regarding this matter? This is rather disappointing as you told me you have escalated this matter for urgent attention of which it. Other peoples complaints are responded to on the same day why is mine being ignored because this claim is already in the system?
