Worse service experience.
Hi Had my 1st encounter with OUTsurance .They Promised to assist us with our claim with the other party .We have been back and forth for months with no joy. Their legal department keeps promising and when we follow up its the same story .It is already almost end of December with the same story .I truly regret trusting them in this matter .I think al insurance company is about making money and not really about service delivery .You think you go from one to the other but in actual fact the one is worse than the other one .Bad service .I was actually happy with my previous car insurance but they kept phoning us promising to beat the quote and a better service now a pay the price .
