Worse service ever

I have been a client with outsurance for 6 years. They decided after my latest claim to take my access up from R2000 to R6500. I'm a regular claimer according to them. All my car accidents was due to other people. They just don't care. it not their problem if a drunk guy drove into me. Or a huge 6m deep whole was in the middle of the road where I could have gotten seriously injured, and still recovering or potholes causing me nearly rolling my car. No I am the one at fault. As if I decide to crash my car. This is a disgrace. I'm still waiting for their so called lawyers to get my money back from the people 4 years ago and last year. Not even to talk what useless job they will do now trying to get the money from municipality for the 6m whole where I nearly ended up in. I will definitely Cancel my insurance with them and tell my whole family to move away.
