Worse Service Ever

<p>I am really disappointed with the service thus far. When I logged the claim I was requested an assessor to be sent out . I was told that at 5pm that day the assessor would be sent out . The next day I was than told that the assessors do not work after 5 and they are too busy and I just need to send a quote. Now after I went through the effort of getting someone to look at the damages and give me a quote, Im being told that this is not sufficient and that I need to send photos. this was also rejected and they advised that they have to send out someone too look at the damages. on Saturday a company came out to look at the damages however the cliam was still reject. I have ask the manage to send me a report as well as the call recordings which im still waiting for.</p>
