Worse service
So i wanted to change my insurance to mi way The consultant convinced me to stay with outsurance and even lowef my premium However just to find out that the excess is so high. The conaultant at the time that advised this to me promised me that she going to investigate and ask her manager to call me back that same day
Almost 2 weeks later and im still waiting
