World Class Service - I was blown away

I would like to send a huge SHOUTOUT to Outsurance and a gentleman by the name of Wayne Avis, I recently joined Outsurance and had not provided them with my vehicle's tracker certificates, Outsurance sent me a courtesy mail reminding to upload my tracker certificates and immediately after doing so I got a call from Wayne to let me know they have received my tracker certificates and everything is in order with my policy, he answered a few of my questions with ease and assured me that I am indeed in good hands. Man oh man was I not blown away, a courtesy call to let me know my policy is in order not only that but a call within minutes of updating my policy. You guys are the best, truly WORLD CLASS SERVICE. Please keep up the great work, we see you and appreciate you.
