Wont even join outsurance for free

2 weeks ago an outsurance client drove into my vehicle and another vehicle. The claim has been handed over to Anton Snyman who i tried getting hold of several times last week without any luck until friday afternoon who turned around and told me im not the client so i must wait and call all time to check whats going on with the process. Tuesday i sent a company letter through stating i need car rental for my work which is suffering through their clients fault. today when i call im told i will have to even wait for that as they cant get hold of the policy holder for verification. I have already cancelled my wifes outsurance cover on monday and if this is the kind of service and attitude we get i will have my dad and sister cancel also. For your info Mr Snyman i was an outsurance client until last year when outsurance paid a stock loss claim excluding vat until i called as a new client and was told stock was covered including vat.
