<p>I would just like to thank Liezel for her wonderful serves. She is a very friendly consultant. Speaking to her was almost like talking to an old friend, although it was the first time I had ever spoken to her. She has such a warm personality and makes you feel special. She had explained everything so well to me and made sure that I understood everything she did, step by step. If all the people in call centres were as helpful and friendly as Liezel, people would take the time to speak to them and not just put the phone down and not even hear what they have to say</p> <p> </p> <p>.</p>
