I mistakenly locked my car keys inside the car,i called outsurance assist and used the helpout benefit on the app,a lady by the name of Nons Gumbi answered mind you im not INSURED WITH outsurance. she was so nice she sent a gentlemen by the name of Michael the Locksmith, GOD bless that man, he couldn't find my houses as the street name is not on the map yet, its a new development,but he was very patient and professional, Ms Gumbi kept on checking up on me,ive never felt so special , even Michael's boss called me to determine where exactly am located, I mean where would u find such service,,am so impressed.
