Wonderful Service - Kind and Caring Team

Following my accident I received very fast and sympathetic service from the emergency team at Outsurance - from arranging the towing company on the spot and authorising the towing company that arrived first on the scene on the spot without any delays to the courtesy phone call to check I had gotten home safe and that I did not need any other support or assistance that evening. Secondly I would like to give a massive thank you to Merriam Monnakgotla who walked me through the whole process and quickly resolved my claim and kept me up to date on every stage of the process.

I would just like to say to anyone who is on the fence about OutSurance - you cannot be dissapointed with their level of care and support. For someone like me who has never been in an accident before and was quite rattled and unsure about my next steps the team at Outsurance was amazing at walking me through everything and making sure everything was sorted pain free.
