I had an accident and I was traumatized so I didn't get all the details and I didn't know how the process worked at all. RATISH KANDHAI helped me patiently and efficiently and answered all my questions with allot of details and for someone like me that is very great. His response time on emails is less than expected and he got my claim approve in less than 24 hours and the repairer called me less than 4 hours after the claim was approved as well.
