Wonderful service

Every company needs a THABO MOTLHASEDI in their employ. This gentleman from Outsurance called me to give me a quotation and save me money on my current insurance, unfortunately he couldn't which then means I potentially qualified for their R500/R1500 promo but when he checked I was a couple of days short to qualify and so I said I'd call back in the next few days. On the 15th Thabo called me back himself and redid the quotation and he still couldn't match what I was paying but he didn't stop there just because he didn't get the sale, he went out of his way to make sure that I get all necessary details to get the documents to claim the promo, he could've just sent me the link and went on about his life but no he waited on the call while I was having network issues and the email was not coming, eventually after resending a couple of times the email came through. Thabo called me again today to follow up on the progress. I haven't been paid yet nor do I know if I qualify but I am just so impressed with this gent, Outsurance please give that man a Bell's 🎉🥳🥳
