During April 2024 we had a severe storm (Cyclone) in Gordon's Bay, and had major damage to our fencing and roof. Since the moment that I phoned Outsurance and spoke to Mr Godfrey Molefe (one in a million), the assessor Me Jane Kemp arriving to do an assessment, and their service provider Three C's Home Improvements (Kuilsrivier, Western Cape) (especially Mr Cameron Smith) (phone number ***) doing the repairs, everything happened on time and in the most professional way.
