Wonderful follow up and friendly service

I've been a happy Outsurance customer for several years now. I used the roadside assistance button on their app today and even after my Truecaller app cut their call to me short, they called back and even double checked later that everything was fine. It's truly sad to see some of the complaints on this platform, because I have always just had professional, friendly and effective service from them. Thank you Outsurance for good processes and fabulous staff! I remain a happy customer!
