Within the last three weeks since recently joining Outsurance, after being with a previous and only insurance company, I have been assisted by Outsurance on two separate occasions. First incident when my car battery died and I had to receive Roadside Assistance and the Second incident last week been involved in a motor vehicle accident and was taken by ambulance to hospital. I am grateful for the outcome to be only minor injuries. The assistance I received on both separate incidents was so professional yet caring, and the response time was incredible. I didn't have to concern myself about anything. All was taken care of, and the follow-ups were within the same day and the day following. Not one issue was experienced. I express my sincere gratitude to the Outsurance Team, who assisted me and was there for me. Thank you for being there on these two occasions when life hands you unexpected incidents and trauma.
