WOW! With losing a phone ...it's like a woman without her handbag....she is lost Claim submitted this morning at 07:50 with Ntlhari Machimana He called back about 10:00 and my claim authorised It is 13:00 now and I have my phone... With everyone complaining about load shedding and standing in long queues.... at least OUTsurance; their service providers and of course Ntlhari made my day. Thank you guys!!
