Within 2hrs of first contacting Outsurance my call was attended to
Within 2hrs of first contacting Outsurance my call was attended to. Service provider was on site to access the problem. My claim was received and registered by Simphiwe Mbendani. Excellent service and Communication every step of the way. Within 24hrs I had a new geyser fitted. We were amazed at the turnaround time from both Outsurance and the service provider 25 Seven Assist.
