Within 1 minute after submitting my clain on the app, i was called by a very friendly and professional operator who took my claim and started running with it. I was contacted about 5 times by her checking on progress until the claim was resolved. Even when the service provider dit not react quick enough she got them on the line to speak to me. EXCELLENT service
