Windscreen access a joke.
So my windscreen chipped and cracked, so have to replace it. I got a qoute for the windscreen at 1300. Outsurance wants me to pay 1290 access. Meaning i will lose my outbonus for a mere 10rand. What a joke, wow.

It makes no sense claiming for damage if quantum is low and excess almost equal to damage claiming for. Further to this, the OUTbonus is a reward for not claiming. Any incident claimed for, with the exception of chip repairs on windscreens and road or home assists, will affect the OUTbonus.
