WILL NOT USE OUTSURANCE EVER AGAIN. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!
OUTSURANCE. NEVER AGAIN. TAKE YOUR MONEY... BUT WHEN IT IS TIME TO CLAIM.....THEN SORRY NO CLAIM...... I submitted a claim with OUTSURANCE for the cracks on my walls at my house. The agent called and said that the assessor will come out to evaluate. 3 days after he inspected I receive a call saying that the claim is not authorized because the cracks was pre existing and it could not happen over night.
I have this policy with OUTSURANCE for about 1 and half years. They never came out to asses my house nor will they now if those cracks have been pre existing as the assessor mentioned.
I am sending the report to the ombudsman. They take your money but will not pay or fix!!!!!!
Over the years I had a few policies with outsurance. And on there records will show how many referals I gave/sent to them.
THAT CHANGES NOW!!!! NO MORE OUTSURANCE!!!!! WILL NEVER REFER OUTSURANCE AGAIN!!!! MOVING AWAY FROM OUTSURANCE!!!!
