Why not use Big Five Panel n' Paint?

We have always enjoyed the exceptional service that we receive from the Outsurance team. However, following a recent minor motor vehicle accident with a unsighted tree stump we were directed to Ballito Panel Beaters, where we duly took our vehicle. Regrettably we were nonplussed with the reception and service we received. We would strongly recommend that Outsurance considers using Big Five Panel n' Paint in Glen Anil, Durban North who have superior facilities and much, much better service, which their Hello Peter score will attest to. Their attention to detail is only surpassed by their zeal for total customer satisfaction. We understand that they have successfully handled many Outsurance clients in the past, and begs the question as to why they are not already recommended to Outsurance clients?
