Why lie?

<p>We called Outsurance on friday 09/09/2016 wanting to see if they can better our premiums which had just gone up with our current insurance. After an hour long conversation we were told the premiums and the amount was R700-R800 more than what we are paying. Yesterday the consultant called my husband back and advised him that we are unable to take the offer as the premium is really high and we would like our R800 that is promised via adverti*****ts etc if Outsurance is unable to better your premium. He told my husband that they are unable to pay us the R800 as we were referred to Outsurance. That is such lies because we called them due to their adverts etc.</p>
