Why is it Okay for OUTsurance to take your money?
After cancelling my insurance, my account did not get debited in the approaching month which was according to agreement. There after my account was debited in the following months without the insurance policy being active again.
Due to me complaining about this 3 months after, I was told any reimbur*****t over 3 months requires authorization from senior management.
I have made contact with OUTsurance on two occasions, being promised that the matter will be resolved. To date this has gone quiet.
May I please ask, what would have happened if this was the other way around, where I owed OUTsurance money?
Please understand time is money, hence i am expecting the discussed amount to be returned with interest.
I have the names of the persons i have been in contact with and will be revealed on request.
My other big issue with OUTsurance is that all communication is done via calls. Which means calls are recorded and stored by OUTsurance. I have requested on multiple occasions that I deal with OUTsurance via mail, why does OUTsurance run away from wanting to put things in writing?
I have also requested for recordings after a telephonic call, to date this has not been sent to me.
In my opinion this way of working puts OUTsurance ahead of the game in a legal battle because it is easy to select conversations for court evidence. If OUTsurance does not want to deal via mail and only wants to deal with clients telephonically, why is the recording not be shared with clients after each call, let alone after each request of the recorded call?
Being a client that has never claimed from OUTsurance, how do you expect me to come back if you can not align to good ethics?
I trust my matter will be dealt with the integrity it deserves.
After responding privately to you, we escalated the matter to Shivaan, our client services manager.
Shivaan apologised for your experience, and he sent you an email as requested. Once you have provided Shivaan with all the information, Shivaan will finalise the matter.
Once again, we do apologise for the poor service experience.

The OUTsurance Team
