Outsurance is on this huge campaign to get new customers. but they have no clue how to treat potential future customers. my vehicle was knocked by an Outsurance client and what a nightmare to resolve if it's a 3rd party claim. Legal dept mandate is to delay process as far as they can. So 3 months later after my claim was approved ... I still dont have my Money .. I will never insure with Outsurance and will will ensure every person I meet knows what outsurance is really about.<br> <br> All talk and no delivery. Sad .. big big brand with nothing to offer.
