WHO AND WHAT TO BELIEVE BUT PLEASE DO YOUR JOB

After submitting a 3rd party claim some months back after outsurance client issued us with her policy number for a claim for damages in a vehicle accident, we finally got feed back today that the claim was dismissed and outsurance does not think their client is liable. To get to this point I phoned, left messages and emails to the person responsible investigating this claim. She how ever never returned calls or answered emails until 17h47 on the 17th May. Only to tell us that our story is one sided and their insured story is not the same and outsurance believe their client and the claim will not be paid out. After investigation I found out that the insured vehicle was driven by her cousin on the day of the accident. The cousin inform me that she was not the driver but all intentions for claims must come to her as she is the owner of the car. We don't know who admitted to outsurance as being the drive, the insured or the actual driver. According to the report the outsurance official send us, it suggests that their are 3 lanes in Frances Baard where the accident took place according to the story what happened by the insured. But Frances Baard has got 4 lanes.
