Whilst away from our home recently a section of our boundary wall came down during bad weather. Outsurance handled our claim quickly and efficiently. They checked in to see if temporary arrangements were needed to secure the property. Upon our return an assessor was appointed and a contractor appointed. Every step of the way we were kept updated of the progress of the start date of repairs. The job has now been completed and we are totally satisfied. The contractor appointed was outstanding.
