While the service provider (Renew-t, Bedfordview) that repaired my vehicle was awesome with providing feedback and the standard of their work I am disappointed with the service from Outsurance

While the service provider (Renew-t, Bedfordview) that repaired my vehicle was awesome with providing feedback and the standard of their work I am disappointed with the service from Outsurance. They have not communicated with me regarding while the repair work was being done. More importantly I have had no contact regarding the investigation that they promised will happen to recover my excess from the party that reversed into me.
