Where you get Nothing out

I made a quotation hoping they might beat my current premium and outsurance couldn't and said since they couldn't they'll pay me the 500/1500 even after asking for my insurance documents

I did receive a call and an email from outsurance,with the call they called in the morning couldn't answer as I was in the meeting, I'm still waiting for their calls even now
