Where you do not get something out.
Betrayal is the feeling that I'm left with after being an Outsurance client for years and enduring annual premium increases for assets that are depreciating, and then left out for dead when I needed protection form the brand that one use to believe in and trust.
I was involved in a car accident when another drunken Outsurance client crashed into the back of my car. I was able to report the case the very same night that it happened and produce all the evidence to Outsurance. To my disgust I was told that I now had to pay the excess for an accident that was not my fault and will lose my Outbonus.
What is also very concerning is that I'm give different reasons for this depending with who I talk to.
What is sad is that I was told \\Do not worry about this we (Outsurance) will process this claim against the other driver's policy and will repair your vehicle\: When I reported the accident and claim.
I'm sick to my stomach with the unprofessionalism and inconsistency in the investigations and the feedback I'm being given by the consultants. It leaves me to believe that Outsurance is faced with a double claim as a company and is now looking for an easy way out.. I WILL publish this!\"\"\""
