"Where you always get something out"

<p>I lodged a building claim at Outsurance in February 2016 which was innitially declined. After mediation by the Ombudsman, my claim was approved. It was quite a struggle and it made me very unhappy. I even said bad things about Outsurance. Since the approval of my claim an Outsurance project manager by the name of Anton Erasmus took over the case with the aim of settling it. I was treated with fairness and absolute professionality ever since. I was put in a rental home, rent paid romptly by Outsurance. My house should be fixed in a few months time and I am a happy customer. A special word of thanks to Mr Anton Erasmus.</p>
