WHERE YOU ALWAYS FIGHT A LOOSING BATTLE

OUTSURANCE is very quick to collect my monthly premium from more or less R10,000. i'm insured with OUTSURANCE since 2009 and thought this company live their motto from "where you always get something out" what a BAD experience I have this week, where my claim for theft was decline by some un trained people who can not even read and understand a policy schedule. my business cover include theft cover as can see on attachement, but the untrained people keep on hammering on the fact that I do not have dishonesty cover!!! and the best off all the person handling my clain admit (and it is on record) that OUTSURANCE make a slip not to cover or explain the dishonesty clause. but never mind this, my schedule is so clear on my stock cover and my clause for custody and control, but this people is just so untrained not to understand the different clauses in their own policies. i'm taking this matter to the complaints department on Monday where I hope that I will receive better treatment from trained people, and if not so I will let the OMBUDSMAN handle my cliam. in the mean time I just want every one to know that OUTSURANCE can not keep to their promises and that real untrained people are employed there. they are quick to collect your premium every month but when you suffer a lost, there is a thousand of reasons they argue not to assist their loyal customers. i really need a insurance company which will be there when I suffer a lost and not just to collect my premiums. i just hear good from companies like Mi-Way and will certainly take my business to companies which are willing to walk the walk and not just talk. i will post another review from the outcome of my complain and hopefully it will be with s****ed and trained people.

But yeah, I'm sure OUTSURANCE do not care if their policy holders is happy and satisfied, as long as they can just collect your monthly premium.

one BAD thums down for OUTSURANCE. who let you down when need the most.

Hi Caren,

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.

We did follow correct procedure with our initial decision but based on the circumstances we made a decision to do an ex gratia payment. Claim has been settled and payment made.

Regards,

Kelvin
