WHERE IS TEH DISCOUNT YOU PROMISED????
AS AN INCENTIVE, I WAS PROMISED A R400 DISCOUNT ON MY MUM'S POLICY ALSO IF I TOOK A POLICY WITH OUTSURANCE. I SUBSEQUENTLY TOOK THE COVER , (LAST YEAR OCTOBER ALREADY) , AND WAS TOLD THAT THE DISCOUNT FOR MY MUM'S POLICIES WILL COME IN TO EFFECT AS SOON AS ONE SUCCESSFUL DEBIT ORDER HAS RUN FOR MY POLICY. ITS MONTHS LATER AND I STILL HAVENT SEEN THIS "DISCOUNT" AS PROMISED . I TRIED TO ENQUIRE A WHILE BACK , AND WAS JUST SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST, AND UP UNTIL THIS POINT NOTHING HAS MATERIALISED. WHY PROMISE SOMTHING WHEN YOU HAD NO INTENTION OF HONOURING YOUR PROMISE. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

With all due respect , I don't sit around all day to take personal calls , they usually call when I am extremely busy or unavailable. it defies all understanding why I must now fight for something that was offered to ME in the first place. The email i received a few days ago was shocking , the person had NO idea what i was even referring to and i had to explain the WHOLE issue AGAIN. its all well and good that NOW you want to link the discount ..but what about ALL the other months that's have been missed ??
