Where is my R800

I requested a quote for my car. outsurance could not beat my existing premium with another provider. The agent advised me she could not load my promo as i had received R800 in March, i had to advise her that it was 186 days since my last quote which was on 8 march 2017, she then advised she would load my Promotion on 14/09/2017 as the system would not allow her to do it on 13/09/2017. i requested feedback today...twice, no update or response yet. But when she wanted the business she rep**** instantaneously.
