Where is my R800 ?

I requested a quote for my car. outsurance could not beat my existing premium with another provider. i sent through my existing policy schedule to the outsurance senior adviser as requested and have not received any reply on when i will receive my R800. was this just a gimmick from outsurance to get people to do quotes ?
