Whenever l have to deal with Oursurance l always get excellent service. The call centre agents are friendly and speak well and you can hear them clearly. There knowledge of Oursurance is good and it's really pleasant to work with them to solve your query no matter how small. I have been with Oursurance since l was 21 when l got my first Car. I am now 59 years old and still an active loyal customer. I won't change my insurance. Oh and l have logged a claim in the passed and it was handled efficiently and professionally.
