WHEN OUTSURANCE *****S YOU OVER, SO YOU OUT AND ABOUT WITH *****EDSURANCE WHERE WE ***** YOU OVER WITH A SMILE:)

If I could choose to put -10 stars there I would. This could most likely be the worst insurance company ever. It problem after problem with them. So in February 2020 i claimed for a burst geyser and their plumber came out and replaced it with a much bigger one the took up so much space, refusing to put it in the roof as that was outsurances policy, then the carpenters came out and built the cupboard against the geyser and leaving me with less cupboards in my kitchen then i had. so yesterday 27 December 2021 my one year old geyser broke and they expect me to pay access for a kitchen cupboard their people built. A problem they caused, a mistake their people did due to laziness. Let me tell use a bit of the background of outsurance, once their contractors see that you a female and that you are a single parent they try their luck and once they see they get it right them boom outsurance *****s you over as well. so if their are anyone that can help me and provide a better insurance please contact me.
