When motorists have to pay for their mistakes on the road
Outsurance has just informed me that they successfully recovered the excess that I paid after an accident in Pretoria last year. I am very happy with the service the legal department and the claim department of the insurance company. and it shows that just because you pay your insurance premium every month, you really do not have to let other motorists go scot-free without taking responsibility for their actions. BiG Ups to Outsurance.. :)
