When may I please get my car fixed?

Hi Outsurance. It's now been FOUR & A HALF *MONTHS* since our car accident. Not a finger lifted by YOUR service provider. And no assistance from Outsurance either. Do you perhaps have an estimated time to panel beating that I can plan around? 5 months? 6? Looking forward to ANYTHING happening.

Thank you for notifying us. Jevon our client liaison manager has been unsuccessful in his attempts to call you. He has subsequently sent you an email.

We confirmed with the service provider the delay is due to parts availability. We can assure you all parties involved are doing their utmost best to source the parts.
