When I submitted a claim for my geyser replacement via the Outsurance App (which is user friendly), I received a call within 10 seconds after the App indicated that my claim was submitted successfully. Interestingly, I received a call at night and during festive season, this demonstrated how Outsurance chooses not to rest even during festive season, instead they enable us to rest assured that they are with us when we need them. Then, I appreciated the level of professionalism and kindness by their agents through phone calls and even via email they responded promptly. Please keep up the good work!
