When I reported the highjacking of my vehicle, the consult first sympathised with me and inquired whether my husband was hurt in anyway. After ending the call I received a message that my claim has been assigned to a consultant in the claims department and not long after that I received a call again informing to forward the required documentation and the salvage department will collect when it’s ready. I then informed them my vehicle was recovered, they then had their recovery people in contact with the investigating officer and all I had to do was identify the vehicle and OUTsurance arrange for collection and delivery to auto repair. I was kept update with process from when the car was collect to the very last step. My experience with OUTsurance staff was spectacular, I would refer anyone to them. 10 out of 10 😁
