When I reported the accident the lady who answered in English
When I reported the accident the lady who answered in English. I asked for someone to help in Afrikaans. She promised to get someone. The rest of the day nothing happened, and I thought, oh golly here we go again. Lo and behold next day I was served promptly in Afrikaans(I think it was Geneve). Quick, friendly and tied up neatly from A to Z. That shows good business & good management. Thanks👌
